The Company (“We” in any inflected form such as “Us”, “Our”, etc.) is the data controller for the personal data we receive when the Customer creates a user account for the mobile application, the web application, or when the Customer uses our Services. The Company will ensure that personal data is handled in a lawful and correct manner. The following applies only to the Company’s customers who use our mobile application, web application, and Services.
1. Personal Data Processed
If You use the Service (without creating a user account): We may collect, use, and store specific, limited information related to your use of the Service, in addition to what is mentioned above, in order to better understand the type of visitor or Customer who visits the web application or uses the Service, and to improve Our offering. Information we collect about visitors in the Service does not make it possible to identify individuals and is processed only in anonymous, aggregated form, and will only be used for analysing the Service.

This includes marketing of Our goods and services, such as newsletters and other direct marketing. 4. How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data?
4.1 We never store personal data longer than necessary for the purposes of the processing. We therefore carry out regular reviews of stored personal data and delete data that is no longer needed.
4.2 We store information about you as a Customer as long as you are an active customer or have a user account with Us, TrueORDER AB, or another company that has entered into a service agreement with TrueORDER AB regarding the provision of a mobile application and/or web application for orders. You may delete your user account at any time, and we will then erase your personal data. However, we may need to store personal data after this period, for example to administer warranties, complaint deadlines, comply with legal requirements, or handle legal claims that may be directed at Us.
5. Where Do We Store Your Personal Data?
We may process your personal data both within and outside the EU/EEA. We will take necessary measures to ensure that any transfer is conducted lawfully and that your personal data continues to be protected by the receiving parties outside the EU/EEA.
6. What Rights Do You Have?
6.1 Right of access: You have the right to contact Us as the data controller and request access to the personal data we process, as well as request information about, among other things, the purposes of the processing and who has received the personal data. We will, as the data controller, provide you with a free copy of the processed personal data. For any additional copies, We may charge an administrative fee.
6.2 Right to rectification and restriction: You have the right to have your personal data corrected without undue delay or, under certain conditions, restricted. If you believe that We process personal data about you that is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected or completed.
6.3 Right to erasure: You also have the right to have your data erased, for example if it is no longer necessary for the purpose or if the processing is based on consent and the consent has been withdrawn. However, there may be legal requirements or contractual obligations that prevent Us from erasing your personal data.
6.4 Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data if the legal basis for the processing is a balancing of interests. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing.

7. Additional Information About How We Process Personal Data
7.1 You will be informed of any changes to our processing of personal data the next time you log in to your user account. If the changes are significant, we will also notify you in a manner appropriate for the circumstances, for example via email to the address you provided Us.

8. INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELETING DATA
To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide information here on how you can delete all personal data from our database.
To delete your account, open the mobile or web application, log in, go to the account/settings section, and click the “Delete account” button.
You may delete your user account at any time, and all your personal information will be removed from all our databases.
